June 8, 2023 my husband and I closed on our first home together. When you have something fixated in your mind of how you want your FIRST home to look like, it can be a challenge for sure. Janell made what seemed like it was going to be impossible, an absolute walk in the park. We had limits, she had a plan. We had requirements, she had a plan. We wanted character, yard, something we could raise our children in for years and have animals, and make memories. JANELL HAD A PLAN. She's a woman who loves what she does and it shows. Buying a home wasn't miserable, it was fun and a huge learning experience. She never let us walk into something that seemed like afterwards was going to be more money spent or going to be a burden rather than a joy. She's INTELLIGENT when it comes to knowing the ins and outs and she does not play no games when it comes to business. You need to see a home, 1 or 10, today or tomorrow you were not treated like you were a problem. I really could sit here and tell you everything and how much of a joy she was to the both of us. Down to earth, respectful and knowledgeable about the housing industry and as first time home buyers she's what we needed. And by the grace of God she found our home, and it wasn't even on the market for a full 24 hours. An opportunity we didn't want to let go of and SHE MADE IT HAPPEN!!! And yes we had competition. Yes there was other buyers. But Janell knew what needed to be done. And here we are almost a year later just as in love with our home as the first day we saw it. If I ever have to be in a position to buy a home again, Janell is who I will choose to be by my side over and over again.
